Dalian International Airport Hires Cheerleaders

The Dalian International Airport has recently recruited a group of cheerleaders to entertain passengers who are waiting for their next flight. The squad would be performing at the airport’s main hall with amazing splits, jumps and kicks. Just last week, a string of delays had passengers irritated and angered. The cheerleaders were able to perform routines that “soothed emotion and alleviated fatigue for more than 5,000 stranded fliers”.

The cheerleaders were also brought on to provide more convenience for passengers as well as an effort to demonstrate spirit. In addition to cheerleaders, the airport has also launched other innovate services such as instant flight and weather updates and free physical checkups.

Though there is no schedule to when the cheerleaders are to perform, they have at least one performance a day that lasts several hours.

An airport official, Zhen Qun, commented, “The cheerleaders are enrolled in different colleges in Dalian. We hire them on a work-for-study program. The performance is free of charge for passengers.”

The Dalian International Airport is one of the biggest airports in China and is also the fourth busiest. The airport handled approximately 12 million passengers last year and still continues to do so. Due to the restricted airspace and weather, this airline constantly experiences delays as well as schedule changes. This reason alone is why the airport is trying to sooth passengers by entertaining them during their delays.

Scientific Experiment: The Crash of Boeing 727

A group of television producers who work for the Discovery Channel recently crashed a Boeing 727 in the name of science. According to the press release, the plane was guided toward an isolated part of Mexico’s Sonoran Desert. After guiding the plane into the specified area, the pilot ejected from the aircraft just before the jet crashed.

The press release stated, “Rather than carrying passengers, the plane was packed with scientific experiments, including crash test dummies. Dozens of cameras recorded the crash from inside the aircraft, on the ground, in chase planes and even on the ejecting pilot’s helmet.”

The executive vice president of public relations at the Discovery Network commented, “Scientists and veteran crash investigators will review the results of the crash. The company is not releasing the names of the experts at this time.”

The goal of crashing such an aircraft is to improve survival rates if such an incident occurs. The Federal Aviation Administration was not involved in the experiment but has certain specifications in which the network would have to abide by.

Timeshare Scam in Volusia

Transfer America reports on two women who allegedly scammed more than a dozen timeshare owners who thought that these two women were going to help them sell their timeshare. However, these two women were only interested in the money and never intended to help these desperate timeshare owners. These victims lost over $20,000 and now Celeste Stalnaker and Stephanie Tanos are facing a long list of charges.

The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by the Hillsborough County Consumer Protection Agency this past January to report complaints from timeshare owners against H&H Holdings. The complaints stated that the victims had sent their money through wire transfer to the company who claimed to help sell their timeshares. However, once the company received the transfer, the victims never heard from them again. The Hillsborough Agency was able to trace the money to Volusia County where the scammers picked it up.

Lance LaMee, an investigator form the Sheriff’s Office, discovered that Celeste Stalnaker was the one who picked up fifteen wire transfers within two months.  LaMee then contacted Ormond Beach Police and realized that detective Apryl Andrasco was also currently working on a case that involved Stalnaker. The two investigators were able to work together and obtained enough information to arrest Stalnaker. Once they were able to reach an agreement with Stalnaker, she stated that Tanos was also involved in the scam.

Apparently, Tanos was responsible for convincing the timeshare owners into purchasing their nonexistent service. Once the sellers had been convinced they would wire money to cover the ‘processing fees and closing fees’. Together the two were able to con $21, 656.95 from thirteen victims and are now facing charges of grand theft and organized scheme to defraud.

Military PreCheck Eligibility

The Transportation Security Administration has recently, in the past year, created a program called the PreCheck. This program allows qualified, frequent fliers to skip the long lines and use the PreCheck lane at the airport. In this lane, travelers will not have to remove their shoes, jackets, and belts. In addition, they are allowed to leave their laptops in the bag.

In the past week, the TSA has stated that U.S. military personnel will now be eligible to use the expedited screening at the Reagan National Airport. As the month progresses, TSA will allow “all active-duty service members and on-duty National Guard troops and reservists” to use the PreCheck lane at the airport as well.  These men or women will not be required to wear their uniforms to use the lane but must have a military identification, also known as the Common Access Card.

TSA chief John Pistole commented, “U.S. service members are entrusted to protect and defend our nation and its citizens with their lives, and as such, TSA is recognizing that these members pose little risk to aviation security”. Despite being eligible for the PreCheck lane, all personnel will still face random security checks.

Get Rid of Maintenance Fees with Transfer America

There are many benefits associated with owning a timeshare at a hotel or vacation resort, but they are not suitable for everyone. For the right price, timeshare owners enjoy the ease of having a vacation destination readily available to them. Timeshare owners are often treated as special guests, bringing an additional level of comfort to their vacation experience. The purchase of a timeshare is typically tied to a particular interval of time and a reoccurring annual fee.

Currently, property values are constantly changing and the maintenance fees are subject to change by the resort. These increasing maintenance fees are a common source of distress for a dissatisfied timeshare owners. Timeshare owners often don’t realize that getting rid of a timeshare is much more difficult than acquiring it. For some, timeshares fit easily within their budgets; however, there are many others who struggle paying those blasted annual maintenance fee bills. If you decided to purchase a timeshare by breaking open the bank and were unaware of how pricey maintenance fees can grow to become, you may end up having some regrets.

Timeshares typically have the same owner for a relatively long period of time because they are legally bound to it. Ownership periods associated with timeshare contracts typically range from 40 years to perpetuity. In such a long period of time, it is not uncommon for the owner of a timeshare to experience life changes that may interfere with their use of the timeshare or their ability to afford life’s essentials. Unfortunately, there are very few ways out of a timeshare obligation. Although there are advertisements promising to help sell your timeshare, the timeshare resale market is so over-impacted that hardly anyone at all can get rid of their timeshare.

The internet is littered with websites that promise unrealistic options, but they hardly ever produce results. The majority of sites that claim to list or sell timeshares do not actually help you relinquish ownership. For any dissatisfied timeshare owner, or simply anyone looking for a timeshare exit solution, the best option is to get a free professional assessment consultation. Companies such as Transfer America offer free consultations and information about your options. Don’t get stuck with unwanted maintenance fees, let the professionals and Transfer America help you get rid of your timeshare for good.

Use Transfer America When Selling Is Not An Option

Transfer AmericaI have recently come to the realization that I may want to get out of my timeshare. I haven’t used it for a few years and don’t have any plans in the future to actually visit it. It is just going to waste and I continue to pay my yearly maintenance fees on the property. I have talked to my wife about it and we tried to sell it, but that was indescribably difficult. Selling a timeshare is basically impossible, so we tried to donate it and nobody wanted to accept it because they didn’t want to pay for it either. This is why I contacted Transfer America to take care of my situation for me.

Once I met with Transfer America and discussed my situation I found out that a lot of other timeshare owners are in the exact same position that I had found myself in. Transfer America sat down with me and told me the exact services that they could offer me and it seemed very fitting after all the trouble I had already been through. I didn’t want to keep trying to sell my timeshare and nobody would accept it as a gift so I didn’t have a real choice anymore but to work with Transfer America because they seemed like they could help.

Transfer America exceeded all expectations that I had ever had. They gave me a 100% guarantee in writing that stated exactly what services I was going to get and that made me feel extremely comfortable. I was so amazed at the ways they help out timeshare owners and knew that I had made the right decision when I chose to work with Transfer America. My wife was extremely pleased with Transfer America as well and we both felt really secure when we were making our decision to do business with them.

Transfer America also informed me how they have already helped 43,000 other timeshare owners find timeshare relief. By informing me that they had already helped so many people that were in my same situation eased my worries as well. I knew that Transfer America had created ways to get timeshare owners out of their timeshares and would be able to find a way to get me out of mine. By working with Transfer America I was completely freed from my timeshare just like thousands of others were. I was completely shocked to find out how difficult selling a timeshare is and am so relieved that I found a company who could take care of my problem since I couldn’t.

Transfer America Helped Me Get Out Of The Timeshare Trap

Transfer AmericaToday I want to share the experience I had with Transfer America. I had a huge problem trying to get rid of my timeshare, probably just like anyone else who has tried it. I think you should know that the only solution I found out of this burdensome situation was to contact the kind people from Transfer America. I’m sure that practically everyone who has been in a similar situation knows how helpless you can feel after a while. Let me start at the beginning so you see how bad my timeshare worked out for me and how easy it can be for you to cancel your timeshare by considering Transfer America at your first choice.

I got a timeshare in Hawaii, which was always a dream for me and my husband. We went there with our children every summer and at the beginning, it was really nice. But then the maintenance fees started to rise and they never stopped. Additional my daughter moved to New York and because of the long distance, she was not able to spend the holydays with us. That’s why my husband and I made the decision to get rid of the timeshare. There was no reason for us to pay the increasing maintenance fee when we didn’t even use the timeshare and of course, we preferred to spend our holydays with our daughter who lives in New York.

Before thinking about contacting Transfer America, I tried just about every other possibility and I can say confidently that nothing else worked for us! If you were able to sell your timeshare for any kind of profit or even just rent it to get the maintenance fee back, I would call you unbelievably lucky. Without Transfer America, I would probably still be unnecessarily paying for something I didn’t use. Even worse is spending so much time trying to resell the timeshare. Toward the end, we came so close to paying a dubious real estate company that promised us they would sell our timeshare for us.

Luckily, we didn’t go through with it because we read about Transfer America which, to be honest, seemed like it was almost too easy at first. But I was really desperate at this time and didn’t know what else to do.  After deciding to go with Transfer America, we finally got out of our timeshare. They are so trustworthy and I felt it was the right place for my issue. Transfer America helped me finally get rid of all my timeshare responsibilities without any problem. If I had contacted them before, I wouldn’t have had that much trouble.  I learned my lesson about timeshares and the only way for me to get out of it was to contact Transfer America.
